Palm Trees at Starlight

Welcome to
Starlight Palms

Quality Affordable Apartment Homes Coming to Palm Desert

Coming soon to the heart of the Coachella Valley, Starlight Palms is a vibrant new apartment community located at 74990 Frank Sinatra Drive in Palm Desert, California. Nestled among the iconic palms and stunning desert landscapes of the greater Palm Springs area, our community of 298 units offers a place to call home under the beautiful desert sky.

Starlight Palms is proud to offer affordable housing opportunities for households earning between 30% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Riverside County — bringing quality, comfortable living within reach for our neighbors and community members. Based on family size and the size of apartment homes, households earning between $26,850 - $100,000 may be eligible for rental opportunities.

Construction will begin Summer 2026 and we anticipate welcoming our first residents in 2028.
